Nothing means more to us than being a genuine source of comfort for our community, especially during life’s most difficult moments. We recently received some incredibly moving feedback from a family who held a wake in our function room, and we wanted to share their kind words with everyone.

The family praised Paul for his exceptional communication, professionalism, and attention to detail throughout the entire planning process. Organising a wake is never easy, and Paul’s genuine care and willingness to answer every question made a real difference during an incredibly hard time.

Our bar staff also received a special mention. The family noted that so many of their guests commented on her friendly, welcoming, and cheerful nature – a warmth that helped create a comfortable atmosphere on a difficult day.

The kitchen team delivered equally impressive results. The finger food was described as phenomenal, with guests praising the variety, quality, and presentation of every dish. The sandwiches were noted as fresh, generously filled, and beautifully displayed – catering that truly exceeded expectations.
